Waiex ride - thank you Jim Hicke!

Postby Sonex1517 » Wed Jul 09, 2014 2:52 pm

A huge thank you to Jim Hicke for taking me flying last evening from his home base of Ramona,CA - we went up in his gorgeous Waiex.

I travel for business way too often and as many of you may relate to, it gets boring. Meeting Sonex friends is a great diversion from endless hotels and food joints - going flying is an even better treat.

Thanks again Jim!!

Very cool. I keep getting sent to Detroit, which of course is almost the same as SoCal. Only problem is no Waiex/Sonex builders close by.

Excellent pics and good to see members of the community make those connections.

One of the best things about aviation is the friends you make. I can't wait to see your airplane in the air.
