I live at Poplar Grove, C77. We have both 100LL and mogas here. 101NM south of KOSH. I have made the trip one as PIC, last year, in a rental 152. I was about 5 planes behind Jim Hicke. Made it with plenty of gas to spare, but was there reasonably early too.

Hartford, WI (KHXF) is a great stop if you're coming up from the south. Selve-serve fuel, but the price is right. And the airport is full of friendly people.

Well everyone, we have 3 weeks until the start of the big show!

Just curious who all is thinking and/or planning on attending this year? Hopefully there's a big turnout of airplanes and builders. What's everyone planning on doing?

Can't wait to meet everyone!

Arrive Sunday, 7.27, depart Wednesday morning, or whenever the weather Gods deem our trip worthy.

I plan on spending Saturday night at Reedsburg (C35) and flying to the factory on Sunday. I will park in homebuilt camping and ... Camp!

Depending on traffic, I expect to make my usual grueling 4-6 minute taxi to Sonex World Headquarters on Sunday morning.

I will be driving up on Wednesday to Fondulac to meet 4 other pilot friends to pick them up and go to the house we rent every year. Will be leaving on Sunday. Hope to see you all there.

I am planning on arriving Tuesday Evening, leaving Friday morning. I'm flying from Rochester NY with my daughter as passenger this year. Will be camping with the South African group. A friend is taking some baggage in his car a few days earlier. There is not much room in a Sonex. I'll park outside the Sonex booth. I'm hoping the weather is kinder than the previous two trips.

I will be installing the wheelpants.

See you there
