What’re are some of the locations that people have had success with mounting an MGL SP-6 compass? Trying to sort through my options and wanted to see if i was missing an opportunity to consider.

I put mine in the middle of the second bay behind the seat. I made a piece to go between the top formers and mounted the SP 6 to it. Works quite well.

I mounted mine up on the glare shield and it works fine, the rudder pedals are the closest metallic objects at that location.
