Bob, that is an awesome goal. I hope to make it to SnF some year too, maybe we could go as a flight of 2.
I have used this forum as a source of inspiration to keep going, and have tried to give back the same. I've known a few people who gave up on their projects and I've tried to encourage them. It's hard. EAA chapters are also key, I think.
I discovered a local Waiex builder in the Sonex builder database, and reached out to him. Found out his project was stalled and he was thinking about selling. I've not been successful in getting him interested to continue, but I've tried. Maybe I'll try again.
