Wis DOT has a program to promote GA. Sign up online, they send you a "passport ". At each airport visited, you get a stamp in your passport. At three different levels you get a reward. I think third tier is a leather jacket.

Minnesota has a similar program. North Dakota or South Dakota has one too, but I believe it's run by an EAA chapter and not the DOT.
