Vertical Tail Main Spar Assembly

Working on my Main Spar Assembly.

I do not see torque values called out on the plan for the AN3 bolts. Using AC43.13-1B, Table 7-1, I come up with 12-15 inch pounds.

Is my thinking correct?

That sounds right. I used to have a torque table on my old phone that I downloaded from the Van's forum. One thing to remember is to add the running torque to the recommended values for non-locking stuff. See:

10-32 is fine thread series standard type nut. The torque table shows 20-25 inch pounds for those, just measure how much drag the nyloc adds and add that to the lower. I think the value you have is for shear type nuts.
