installing flap hinge correctly...

ARGH!!!

I have destroyed my right flap and will have to make a new one.

As careful as I was, I incorrectly installed the flap hinge and made a mess of the flap. I'll have to build a new one.

Two problems:
The hinge was not straight so I could not install the flap hinge on the wing. Dang! I tried to fix that but wound up ruining the flap. I'll build a new one.

My second issue is that the flap appears to be high on the wing and not properly aligned for airflow.

Can anyone give advice on how to attach the flap hinge correctly? New flaps are expensive! I'm afraid to touch the left flap!
