Looking for Sonex to Sit in!

There's a couple Sonex airplanes for sale on Barnstormers. The trouble is, I'm a little tall in the torso, so I'd hate to drive five or six hours to find out I don't fit in one. I was looking at a really beautiful Swift in Allegan, but I'm too tall to fit all the way inside. Which was problematic, to say the least.

Is there anyone in West Michigan that has a Sonex (with seat and canopy completed) that would let me sit in their airplane?

I'm in the Kalamazoo area. Plainwell is my nearest airport.

I have a completed "B" model Sonex in phase 1 and live in Howard city 40 minutes north of Grand Rapids. If memory serves, the seat pan in the B model is slightly lower than the A model. Don't know which you are looking at on Barnstormers but you are welcome to come up and have a look. I might be selling next year so I can start another build. I haven't made up my mind yet.
