Securing Electrical Conduit

I am piping some Tubing through my wings in order to have more servicible wiring but i am kind of trying to figure out a good way to secure the tubing, the current plan is to oversize the tooling holes and use some plastic bushings/grommets but i have concerns that the tubing i use will walk in the grommets. Its probably a dont care in the grand scheme of things as it can only go so far given the wires that will be in it and the connections with seal all connectors. That being said what have others done to route or secure tubing used to route wire in the wings.

I used polypropylene tubing, and it's a snug fit in the holes. Seems pretty secure to me.

I used some tubing I got from Aircraft Spruce. It is very thin walled, so it’s actually looser in the tooling holes than I expected. What I did was put a zip tie around it on the outboard side of rib #17 so the tube itself can’t slide inboard, and a zip tie on it at the inboard side of the #1 rib, so the tube can’t slide outboard. Also, doing it that way I could always remove both zip ties and remove the tube in the future if I ever need to - not that there ever should be reason to do so I can imagine.

I did not use bushings/grommets.

Got ya yeah my plan is propelyne tubing through gromets in the tooling holes that i am oversizing, honestly the only reason its a concern is that i have to segment the pitot tube side since i am installing a regulated pitot tube. Probably a dont care i was thinking of using the zip tie method i was just worried about the zip tie potentially walking.

After I got the tubing through the tooling holes, I warmed up the ends and pushed a countersunk screw into the ends of the tube, flaring the tube so it can't come out.

I am well behind you, just working on the tail, but was contemplating conduit in the vertical tail for possible beacon and/or Avionixs before closing it up with the skin. Any suggestions on where to locate the conduit, … the leading edge, drill rib holes? Having not built the fuselage yet I am wondering where best to feed the conduit to avoid interference with fuselage structures etc. Any suggestions on how to secure the conduit being its vertical?

In the wings the tooling holes just make sense but you could always do something similar to how the Pitot static lines are routed where you attach a tab that you then route the conduit through similar to how the pitot lines are routed. in the right wing i think its like page W21 or something in that area i cant really give you a good example since i am in a waiex, that being said the fuselage routing is the easiest part lots of space and options. If the vertical stab is built anything like the rudervators in the waiex you should have plenty of mouning options for either solution.
