Flying solo of course. Do you have a center stick? I found that when in trim for two up, it would roll left from the left side and right from the right side. Not by much.

Revmaster places an EGT limit of 1400˚F. Does Aerovee have such a limit? Seems to be a matter of what the exhaust valves are made of. Lycoming does not have a limit on EGT as certified engines have more robust valve designs. So in my case, at least, I'd say that EGT IS important as far as maximum limits.
