N21X engine change

Postby N21X » Thu Dec 17, 2020 12:06 pm

My original plan was to go with a turbocharged Revmaster, but with delays in time and exhaust manifold issues, I decided to change my engine to an AM-13 Aermomentum 127 HP with a 59”4 blade propellor. I was in Florida this week and actually got to go into the Aermomentum shop and see all the engines in person. I am thoroughly impressed with the engines and the owners behind them Mark and Lili Kettering.

So I keep dreaming of that AM-13 on my Onex. How is your progress? Do you have the engine? Any photos?

I consider the AM 13 for my Onex. The problem is the engine is against the firewall. There is no room for the battery, fuel pumps, ect on the firewall. I end up using UL power 107 hp engine.
