I agree with Richard. I had the same problem with my last Waiex, a legacy airframe with a 3300. Turned out that, as mentioned in the Aeroinjector tuning manual, it is possible to have the throttle cable adjusted so as to allow the slide to open "too far". Once I recognized the symptoms I corrected the adjustment and everything became right with the world.
I'm not saying that it might not be something else, but that was my exact experience with the exact same symptoms.

Someone mentioned a "fuel pump". They are a no no on an Aeroinjector.

Alright so today I got the 2.0 needle installed and the WOT is no longer rich. Ive got the temperatures under control. But im pretty sure I still have a RPM issue. I can get 2600 Static RPM on the Sensinich 54-64 and 2750 rpm if I turn the screw in further, but the EGT and CHT temps are way too high. What should my static tuning RPM be?

Skimming the tread, I didn't see that this was already mentioned.

I know you said there are no induction leaks, but what about induction restriction? If the pressure is too low in your induction system, it may be "sucking" more fuel in than it should.

I saw that you ran without a cowl; have you tried a short run without the filter, or any other ducting connected to the Aeroinjector? Your engine seems to be "choking" on something.

You already said your prop was the correct size, but you may want to double check it.

Two things, make sure the airfilter is big enough and clean enough to allow it to breath. Second if you truly are thinking you you have wide open cured and your temps under control go fly and see what it does on take off and in cruise. Ground running is really hard on jabs especially if fully cowled. I am not surprised your cht are high on the ground.

The filter that aeroconversions recommends was modified by old owner, the filter was wayyyy too beefy and was choking. I ordered the filter that sonex recommends from their site, but for now i'm running with no filter. My static RPM is now 2800 rpm. It's running great but unfortunately I can't get cylinder 1 and 2 EGT below 1300. I tried 2, 2.5, and 3 needle, with no.3 being acceptable. The 2.5 seemed to have worked okay with somewhat good EGT but idle had to be leaned almost to shut off. Right now it's running great.. just can't get the EGTs to come down on 1 and 2. I hate running this thing on the ground but it tried to kill me once already and I want it close.

I would not worry to much on EGT's if CHT's are ok they can very alot based on sensor placement among other things and as long as CHTs are in control the EGT is more of a reference item than anything else for leaning CHT are what kills aircooled engines more so than EGT's the reason we really need the EGTs is for leaning.

I talked to one of the Rebuilders of the 3300 and he pretty much confirmed what you guys said. He said that 1200 to 1350 is normal EGT and that sensor placement can be a big factor why they are reading higher. Cylinder 1 and 2 are very sensitive to placement. I will still try and adjust for the best temperatures. He said that the 3300 doesn't begin hurting itself until around 1500 degrees, and he usually looks for 1200-1350 on EGT. I pulled plugs and they show perfect combustion. Slightly dark with tan ceramic. He said keep eye on CHT and as long as they are under control it should be fine. Ill report back with aby more findings. Just an FYI, I found the airfilter that was installed looked brand new on outside, but the fuel would soak the elements and they absorbed carbon, soot, and oil which caused filter to restrict. Honestly this got me pretty good.
