I'm finally getting rid of my squeaky, sticky, pulsing, inadequate drum brakes and installing the Sonex hydraulic brakes. I noticed on the updated drawings that the brake body assembly (caliper) is mounted upside down for the taildraggers. I've attached a picture. This means the bleeder valve is no longer the high point, above the pistons. Has anyone mounted theirs like this? Has this caused any troubles with bleeding the brakes? I would assume you would have to pressure bleed them, instead of the method in the instructions where you pump, hold the lever, release the air, repeat.
