Aft fuselage splice assembly

On WXB F11 in the center view of the fuselage box assembly at the lower splice plate location there are 8 rivets displayed which would line up with the 8 pilot holes in the splice plate but I can't find them called out anywhere. There is a 1/8" gap between the skin and the plate because the plate fits inside the longeron. Obviously there would need to be a spacer between them or the rivets would pull the skin in and wouldn't be tight. Has anyone run across this? I've gone back through the pages where the aft fuselage sides were built and I can't find any mention of it. Doesn't mean it's not there but I can't find it and I don't have any parts left that would fit that location. Help....
