Billy,

The schematic that came with the unit is pretty close to what you drew in your earlier posts, but there is an extra wire (a short jumper between terminals) that seems to be present. If this is just a typo or artifact, then no problem. However, if you actually wire your relay and OV module like I think you've shown, it won't work. See below for more details.

Wiring the panel is not my favorite. I think I could build a whole other plane before I get this done. Fuse block added above transponder

Man, looking awesome!!!!

Question, is a 24” brake sufficient for making these cowling pieces or do I need to be looking for something longer?

That’s all I have... if I need longer I sandwich between two longer pieces of wood and bang it over like you make the ribs
