I cut mine in the corners and then used some metal strips bent forward from behind the baffle to encourage the side to fold in first and then the back seal in top of it (so they overlap) Hope that makes sense.

I would try using silicone baffle fluting pliers. You can get them at "Unobtanium.com".

Bryan, Keith has the right idea. Getting them to fold forward is hard to do when you can't see what's happening as you put the cowl on. I will be using his modification VERY soon.

I don't think the supplied D/P baffle material should even be used on a static display. I compared what came in my kit to the baffle on the factory Xenos last week. The Xenos had a nice rubber/silicone texture to it. The stuff in my kit is more akin to the material used on the lid of a Cool Whip container.
In regards to the silicone baffle material, is everyone using the 3/32, or the 1/8in thick material? Fiberglass reinforced, or plain?
