I agree with Mike. I did move up to the #3 needle to get a better idle but I manage the engine with the mixture control only, no seasonal adjustments, 4 gal/hr, haven't touched it for 200 hours. The only problem was keeping the fuel system cool. An insulated fuel line and a blast tube on the AeroInjector resulted in a smooth idle, no vapor problems and no mixture changes required from one flight to the next.
