I could possibly do 28 September. Maybe just over two hours from west of Cincinnati.

I like late September myself... I think the weather will be at its best as well... I would also like to add that for those on the fence, this is a beautiful field in a rural area and is not to be confused with the congestion of Chicago. This event has great relaxing possibilities! The less is more mantra...

OK, we’re going to set the date as September 28th. Although we originally were thinking a 10:00 AM start please come as early as you want and stay as long as you would like. There will be coffee and donuts in the morning, pizza and salads at lunch and coffee and leftovers for late departures.

In between there will be lots of hangar flying and if the weather is good lots of Sonex airframes of all types to see and discuss. Also we have a very interesting one room military museum and a great facility to enjoy. My wife and I are really looking forward to hosting this event and hope we can have as many Sonex pilots, builders and those thinking about building attend. All aircraft types are of course welcome.

So mark your calendars to be at Bult Field, C56 on September 28th. Please post your interest so that we can get a head count. $5 dollars for lunch, free if you fly in. Updates to follow.

You know I will be there if weather permits! (And likely even if it requires driving)
