There was a guy on the forum that said he measured the temp of the AeroInjector at 160 degrees and wondered if anyone had run a scat tube to cool it. Well i did have one installed way back when I was trying to stop the Burps by cooling the carb. It didn't work so I took it off and insulated. I believe he was having a rough running engine and i was having a rough, loping, idle with a hot engine. So, I put the scat tube back on to day and flew around the patch a couple of times and it did make a difference in idle after landing. It did not lope and was generally smoother. Maybe there is something to a cooler AeroInjector.
