Decided to go with right and left mechanical brake levers instead of toe mechanical brakes

How tight should the flap tube be in the blocks? Some resistance, easy spin or tighter resistance? Thanx billy

So theres no slop. Without the flaps connected, the handle should stay where you put it. I'd go on the tight side rather than loose, greese up the blocks and when you attach the flaps you will get good rotation.
