hi all,
Just a heads up , when you order anything from rotec, you need to stay on top of it.
earlier in the year i ordered the upgraded diaphram for the tbi. 2 months later i finally got it, after numerous emails and follies.
i ordered 2 an6 fuel filter fittings 12/1. new online store. paid via paypal.
still today nothing. Order still not processed. wonder how long this will take and how many emails.
Love the products, hate the customer service. Paul hired a couple of office assistants earlier in the spring to help out. ?
Be prepared when you order something(and pay for it) it will take lots of effort to get it.

Hi all,
Update. I emailed paul yesterday about the status of the order. He said oh we sent your order to the new usa distributer for rotec. my reply email was ok but i was charged $65 us for international shipping.
so will i be reimbursed for the difference in shipping costs i asked?
awaiting reply..........

when i do get the product i will post contact info for the distributer here in the usa.
