Billy,
Shoot me an email and I'll forward you my panel email from a couple years ago. My Gmail address is my first name, last name, and Waiex serial number (191) all jammed together.

2” angle sub panel. My panel will be vertical so instrument panel will cover to the bottom of angle. It will also be bolted in and removable with complete panel.

Finish welding up axle mounts. Thinking about mounting axles first, install in mount, and then rotate in mount to get the .7 deg toe in.

Also my best helper stopped in to get to work. How many 23 month olds know when asked to grab some clecos go right to the box and hook me up lol

Billy,
My axle exploits are here:

One thing I remember, the Ti does not like really small drills. Definitely not #40, and #30 was iffy IIRC.

Hi Billy,

If you are talking about the mechanics of drilling the titanium legs, this worked for me.

Ref. http://www.eaavideo.org/detail/video/29 ... Start=true

Do make sure the drill is slow and the bit is of the proper type.

Good Luck,

Wes
