Meadow Lake Airport KFLYIN 2018 (KFLY)

I wanted to try and get the word out about the Meadow Lake Airport KFLYIN normally in the past we called it Colorado Sonex Fly in. However we have grown it to include anyone that would like to participate. This event will start on Friday mid day Sept. 14 with arrivals a late afternoon burger burn, band and adult refreshments (beer). We will have a tie down area with dry camping. Saturday we are having a couple of ground schools intro to formation flying by RedStar Pilots, Mountain flying being put on by our Airport Manager Dave Elliot CFII, trips to the National WWII Aviation Museum located at COS, mid morning Car Show, Live Band and Cold Beer. Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be available on site. Sunday morning breakfast with mid morning departures.

We don't want this to be just another pancake breakfast but a great weekend of flying and fun. So I hope you can make some time to come out and enjoy some high altitude (6820' MSL) flying.
