2018 Sonex Foundation picnic

I always wonder about the part about (if you’re are going to drink don’t plan on driving.)
I think we all enjoy a beer with a picnic. Probably most of us have refrigerators in our hangars with beer in them.
So I can never understand this.

Wayne and Kathy are kind enough to host our gathering. If someone were drinking and drove away, then got in an accident, any lawsuit would include them. Drinking and driving is never smart, even less so when it impacts others.

I thank them for hosting and believe the rule is not only reasonable, but very wise. Please do not drink and drive at the BBQ. Thank you.
