I am waiting to hear back from manufacturer of the coating I use. There was some questions about flex and cracking. The best thing would be too fit your entire exhaust system and then take it apart and ship to have coated. I would charge 150 to do exhaust for vw or jabiru Engine. You are responsible for shipping both ways. If you want turbo houseing coated that would be a extra 75. The turbo would need to be disabled before it comes to me. I would only do outside surfaces on turbo and pipes. There are videos of people taking a torch to pipes coated with this product on YouTube. It’s Cerakote glacier gray.

Ok this is the email I got from manufacturer.
Hello Mike,

We suggest bending the exhaust before you apply the Glacier Series Cerakote. The Glacier Series Cerakote has a Mandrel Bend of 3mm loss with 180 rotation.
