SNX T08-06&07

hi..billy here
this is my first post so a little background. I'm building a sonex scratch build and have completed all parts needed to make vertical and horizontal stabs. Now time to assemble. I think I understand everything except on SNX T08 two hinges T08-06 & T08-07? I see on assemble page upper hinge half but not the other. Also why two part for hinge? Thank you for any help.

ahh i'm an idiot.. just figured it out...think it is a little weird to call out this part(T08-07) on tail drawings. Sorry for the dumb post. Billy
