Remember, using enough force the bearings in the wheel can actually be pushed inwards, this allows proper positioning of the wheel on the axle.

I am putting them in my Sonex when I get to that stage...and have faith they wouldn't release them without some thorough testing. I could be wrong, but to me these comments, while certainly individual opinions that are clearly thought out and stated, don't have any basis in real world experience.
