Ha! I didn't even know it was there until I saw it on this thread!

My Sonex is a favorite of the kids. I'm sure there is a bit of a "cool" factor, but I also think it's because it's more kid-sized than the other airplanes on the field.

Flying Young Eagles is such a pleasure, and such a great give-back! I think I've flown about 20 kids so far.

BTW, I'm the token home builder because I'm the ONLY one in my local EAA chapter. Everyone else flies certified aircraft.
