How to make bends: ONX-F09-03?

Hello Sonex/Onex builders,

I am posting to ask:
What are ways to make the required bends in the Seat Sling (seat) on Onex plans page ONX-09 detail 03...that does not require a bending brake?

For the Sonex I used the edge of my bench at the bend point and clamped it down with a heavy board, then used a straight board to start the bend down.

That's how I did it. Laid the bend line at the edge of my best work table, clamped angle iron or something similar on top, and used a 2x4 and my body weight.

The board/bench edge approach is how I made other bends in big pieces like the fuselage sides, but for the seat, I used a brake at a friend’s shop. HF has some cheap brakes.
