WXB-F23 --> SNX-F23-03 --> Where is it used?!

I'm working on my F23 tail post assembly today, but I dont't see anywhere where this part is used! It's shown individually on the plan and I have the part in my kit, but it isn't called out anywhere on the drawing. Anyone know where this thing comes into play?

I'll ask Sonex too, but it's Sunday so I don't think I'll hear back from them today!

Actually, looking ahead in the plans to the tail cone box (F21), it looks like that angle is attached to the forward end of the tailwheel mount. Does that sound right to anyone?

It's not shown at all on my F23 page, so I wonder if Sonex accidently hid the part when they printed that drawing. I'll have to get more info from them because I don't currently have any dimensions to locate the part on the tailwheel mount!

In my Sonex plans, the table in the bottom right corner of page F23 indicates that the part is used on page F21. Page F21 shows how the part attaches to the tailwheel bracket and the bulkhead.

I think you're right. My F23 page shows the -03 part but that's it. In the next used block in the lower right, it shows a -07 part which isn't showed on the plans at all. I'm guessing they meant that once you chamfer the corners on the -03 it becomes -07.



Then, on F21 it calls out F23-03 anyway, which I missed when I looked earlier:



I guess it's the same part with a couple different names!
