Tail wheel tow bar

Anyone ever make a tow bar for tail dragger ? Would like to be able to hook on and tilt back to lift the tail wheel off the ground an inch or two.

This month edition of Sport Aviation has a tow bar article in home builders hints, page 112.

The Aviation Dept of Harbor Freight has a trailer tow dolly that can be modified as to work.
