Check your plans for size and location, I believe it is about 4.5". Find some on who knows how to use a fly cutter and make sure the cutting tool is turned the proper way. You want the bevel on the scrap piece, not the windscreen.

I installed snap vents in the sides or my windshield and found a hole saw works well. I used the hole saw while the windshield was mounted and had no problem. A fly cutter must be used in a drill press with the Lexan firmly clamped. A hole saw in the drill press is ideal, the downside is buying one for just one hole.

Hi all,
Yep just like bill said a hole saw works well, winscreen mounted on fuse, a shop vac is good to catch all the mess. Dont be timid, that lexan is tough.
