Small scotch brite wheel source?

I know that somewhere I saw someone posting about a 2" or 3" scotch brite wheel with a mandrel to be mounted on a drill or drill press. I can't find a source for this (I checked ACS and the big warehouses). I have some maroon scotch brite pads cut out together on a wheel, but would like a small hard disc like the larger wheel. Does anyone know where I could get one of these?
