I have the Aveo Powerburst lights on my wingtips:

I have them mounted on these pods:

They work great.

I have the Knutzleman adjustable LED / combo and love them.

They have specific optional Sonex mounts available. My first install was directly to the fiberglass wingtip. I then re-installed mine on a 6061 sheet with nut plates to I could have inspection holes.

For unaffordable lights I highly recommend the Whelen Orion 600's.
