Aileron bell crank bushing stock

Where are people finding the bushing stock for W21-12? Its 3/16" ID x 5/16" OD steel bushing stock. I am finding all kinds of sizes, just not the one I need.

If you got the kit, it comes with it (I mistakenly was looking in the bags of hardware from Wicks).

For scratch building, I'm not sure.

For scratch building, use 4130 seamless tubing. http://www.aircraftspruce.com/catalog/mepages/4130tubing_un1.php The 5/16 x .065 WT should be right. You might have to polish it down in a drill to match the bronze bearings.
