At last! Ready to go to the airport for its first flight. I will first complete MGL Extreme fuel tank calibration (much easier to do right at the pump station). Call mark is now official C-IONX registered as a basic ultralight in Canada. The motor has been checked static and ran OK (see picture attached to my Ford Edge). Total build time is now near 825 total hours (9 months) including all bells and whistles such as trailer preparation for moving. I am only 2 miles from the airport so the ride should be smooth. I will wait for the right temperature and winds and in the mean time do some taxiing (should be smooth since I have installed Kip's tail wheel).
