I had it on my flight from FL to MA. As fas as I can tell, it works perfectly. ADSB out was working without issues as confirmed through email to/from the FAA. And ADSB in was working great on WingX on an iPad mini -- I could see traffic at all times.
The new to me Onex didn't have a transponder and I needed one. While at that, decided to deal with the ADSB issue. Sandia seemed to be the lightest, most compact and least expensive transponder. NavWorx seems to be the most affordable ADSB out solution and the easiest to install (it works with more or less any Mode C (or S) transponder.
As far as ADSB in is concerned, ForFlight and Garmin Pilot won't get input from NavWorx, but WingX works perfectly. I was looking for an ASDB in receiver at the same time and NavWorx saved me $$$ as I didn't have to buy a stand along ADSB receiver. The only deficiency compared to top of the line stand along ADSB in receivers is that NavWorx doesn't have AHRS and, hence, you get no AHRS on WingX with NavWorx.
If I had a Dynon setup or an existing mode S with ES transponder, then there would be other practical ADSB out options as well, but that's another story.
