I applaud anyone who goes against the grain and tries something different. This is the essence of experimental aviation. We all learn something from their results.
This particular setup is doing something that shows some promise. A certified engine. No Viking, Corvair, Revmaster, Jabiru or Aerovee can claim this.
Keep us informed on your testing and endure the naysayers.
