Head Swap?

Does anyone know the logistics involved in upgrading to the latest generation heads from the older gen 2 thick finned heads that I have now on my solid lifter 3300? Possible, practical, realistic?
My heads have the lube tee's and the new ones use the hollow push rods for lubing the rocker box's so, I'm guessing that means, hydraulic lifters, different cam and on and on. Right, wrong?
Trying to follow the lineage of the Jabiru engines is like tapping a small hammer on your forehead. It hurts if you work at it too hard!
