Here is what is going on with ordering the stickers. The company sent a proof. The problem is they can not cut the lines and lettering as small as it is in the artwork. The proof they sent they added a grey border around everything. Personally I did not like it. I asked them to send another proof with everything thick enough for them to cut. I am awaiting the new proof. I hope to have it tomorrow.

Thanks to all who have put in time and effort and input on the stickers.

Robbie would be very gracious if u would represent all of the sonex community and present some stickers to john , betty , and mark at the Monday hangar party at Oshkosh . They could affix the stickers to the factory aircraft so jeremy and michael's spirit is aloft every time one of their planes is airborne.

Thanks Michael

I am not sure when the moment will be right but I will. It may not be appropriate at the party. We will see

Dana, the letters and the graphic line do not need to be cut. Only the outline around the whole thing needs to be cut. The rest of it, (the copy and graphic) is printed on clear material.
It sounds like the company that is sending you the proof does not understand that. Please don't allow them to change the design, it's not necessary.

I think Steve is right. I don't think they understand the simplicity of it. Just a clear sticker with two colors (gray and black) no cutouts. It sounds like they are trying to make the text by creating individual letters cut from the vinyl.

Ok I will call them to clarify. I simply had them change the name on the order so I can pay for it and have it shipped to my home.

I spoke to the printer and corrected the order. They are sending a proof asap. It will be printed grey and black on a clear sticker The clear will be minimal. So the clear will "cloud" the graphic.

Check out the sticker style on my flicker account. The blue line is the outline of the clear. What is best style A or style B.

I'd go with style B and let everyone trim them however they want. Might be less expensive that way too, as it would be easier for the printer to cut them like that rather than style A.

Thanks!
