Almost ready to assemble right flap. Just need to deburr, dimple and rivet (drilled holes to final size after this photo)...

Also - Becky helped make the aileron counterweight assemblies...

Left flap done. Now on to ailerons. I hope to have the first one done by the end of the weekend...

Right aileron finished except for the tip. On to left tomorrow night...

(A small spacer not listed in plans is needed when riveting the counterweight to the hinge line, correct?)

Hi ya'll,

I've been puttering on pretty consistently but bad about posting updates. Ailerons now finished, most of the rib prep work (gussets, aileron belcranks etc...) is done, now starting on the spar subassemblies. Fun!
