Memorial sticker

In honor of the friends we lost this week, the Sonex Builders and Pilots Foundation is going to make a sticker with the silhouette of a Sonex and our friends initials. We will do our best to make it available soon.

If anyone has artistic talent to lend, please contact me immediately.

I cleared this with the folks in Oshkosh first.

Details will follow.

This is a first pass of the sticker. The details and proportions of the wings, wing angle, window trim, flaps, etc will all be adjusted for final once the group provides feedback on the concept.
After going through many iterations, we kept landing on a simple and elegant design that:

1) Incorporated a theme of 'flying off into the sunset', which we did on the tail by their initials
2) Give the airplane a new dimension from the popular 3 view that is everywhere on the web
3) Show motion, so it is not static or stationary as Jeremy was never a stationary man
4) An element from the actual plane (stripes on the wing) to personalize it from other yellow Sonex

I am looking forward to any input and thoughts.

We were able to start on some of the details so you can get more perspective.
We are working on the angle of the wing at the root of the fuse right now and starting to create the airfoil on the elevator and recreate the stripes.
