Hydraulic brake bleed valve covers

I have the Sonex hydraulic brakes and want to put covers on the bleed valves (they're already pretty gunked up). I've seen some reference to cover sizes like 7mm. Does anyone know the size of the nipples, so I know what size cover to look for? And/or does anyone have a source for covers?
