Another Sonex

Hi all
I live in New Zealand and plans building my Sonex for the last 3 years. Wings and empenage are complete fuselage is in progress.

Looks great! Mounting the wings to the fuselage is a huge milestone.

Very nice plane! I especially like your retractable gear. Is it my old eyesight or did you extend the wings a bit? I'm also curious as to why your landing light is mounted mid span. I haven't installed mine yet but was planning to mount as far outboard as possible.

I really admire those of you that build from plans. Keep up the good work!

Hi Gunther

The wings are standard length, as for the landing light no particular reason but if I had to do it again I would put one on each side in the last bay. Better for wig wag
