Gland nut

Postby Gripdana » Sun Dec 21, 2014 7:06 am

In reviewing yesterday's work on the Aerovee. I did not put locktite on the gland nut. Can I simply remove it and re use the nut? It has been torqued.

I believe you can, yes, provided you have not used an impact wrench to install/remove it.
