mechanical fuel pump push rod dimensions?

Greetings... I need to either fabricate or purchase a fuel pump push rod for a 3300a s.n. 1054 I see in the manual that it's length should be 72.3-72.8 mm. If someone has one handly, could you mic it for me and tell me the diameter? My best guess so far is 0.316, based on an 'O' drill bit shank, but I don't know exactly how much clearance is called for. Thanks!
