Voltage regulator Light

hey Im installing my voltage regulator here on my 2200 and I see the green wire is for an indicator light, Anybody using this, looks like a good idea but if I get low voltage my MGL will also blink at me,

I wired that bad boy up on the my Jab 3300 to drive an LED on my panel. I like and it reminds me to hit my "alternator" button (I have it relayed)
