Aerovee bushing wear

I opened up my new to me aerovee to replace the crankshaft to the 2.1 standard and to inspect the insides. I was told it was an extremely low time engine. I wanted to get your take on the bushing wear, if this is indicative of blocked oil passage or just normal wear during breakin phase. Thanks for taking a look.
