If I was to pick up my aerovee at the local Con-Way service center, would it fit in my saturn or would I need to borrow my wife's truck?

mine came in several boxes that will fit in about any car. Whole thing should fit on the passenger seat if need be (but that would be tight). The biggest box will be the case, a miscellaneous box and the jugs and a box for the heads. I think there were 5 or six separate boxes.

Thanks Bill! Are the boxes shrink wrapped together like the airframe kit?

When my engine was delievered, they were not shrink wrapped together. Each box had its own shipping label; they just all traveled together. Like Bill said, it's not one big box; there are several smaller ones, and I doubt any box weighs more than 30 or 40 lbs. The biggest is the box the case comes in. You shouldn't have any issues fitting everything into your trunk or other seats.

I fit the three boxes mine came into the back seats of my Honda Accord if that helps give you a size idea. Here is what's inside each box.

Thanks guys! I will be picking up at Con-Way. Only 8 miles from work, right down the highway.

Mine came shrink wrapped together on a pallet:

One box in the trunk, two plus the baffles on the back seat of my '99 saturn.

I just took delivery of my Aerovee turbo and it was a total of 5 boxes, considerably larger than the pics above. It barely fit in the entirety of my VW hatchback.

Yes, I could not wait to peek inside a few of the boxes before driving it home.

Congrats on the delivery Ryan!! Very exciting stuff!

If you get a chance, please snap a picture of the turbo and/or the exhaust system as I would like to see how large of pieces they are. I'm sure they take a lot of room!

Thank you!

I'm starting to think about ordering a turbo engine soon, that being said, is there any problem with storing it for awhile in the original packaging?
