Thanks for all the replys! I am working on a forced air warming device just today, but am very reluctant to leave it running while I am not present. But, I dont schedule my flights on a have to basis, and can wait several hours if needed to get some heat into the engine.

All said and done, I am going to stick to what Sonex says..VR1 15w-50. I do NOT want to experiment at that level--oil testing!!
